The Lancaster at St. Clair can accommodate special events, such as wedding ceremonies, receptions/banquets, anniversary celebrations, Corporate Events/Seminars, Non-profit events, proms, social functions, and all other events that encourage celebration.

The venue, originally built in 1849, serves as a historic landmark for the community. The scenic gardens are lovely and can accommodate an additional 200 guests for your event. Ring the tower bell as you exit your reception, get married in the gardens on the stage, or place your band on the stage in the gardens and enjoy the stars while you dance the night away!

Packages include mahogany chairs, tables, linens, window centerpieces, and a Bose sound system, both inside and outside of the venue. These systems will allow you to plug and play your pre-arranged music list and save the costs on DJs. The total of all of these savings is over $2000.

In addition, The Lancaster at St. Clair is open to your particular catering variations. As long as the caterer meets our specifications, they may be allowed to feed your guests!
